They say not to weigh daily, but I do. If I don't, then I lose track of what is happening with myself. One thing I know about myself is that I am obsessive compulsive about certain things. When it comes to losing weight, I am definitely OCD! I don't think its a bad thing because I am on top of it! I am one of those people where I am either all in or all out.. no in between!
There are days where the scale does not move at all & it gets really frustrating & I get upset, but I don't give up; I just work harder at it.
Here's to many many more pounds to go! Just one pound at a time though!
